The FMA is aware of a New Zealand investor who invested with LBLV Limited after being promised large returns. When the investor tried to withdraw profits they were asked to pay unreasonably large fees and taxes before the withdrawal requests could be processed. Even after these fees and taxes were paid, no funds were released. LBLV claims to hold a current International Brokerage license issued by the Mwali International Services Authority. However, this license belongs to a different entity and is currently suspended.
