Although BlackHorse Forex filed an application for registration as an investment intermediary under the Capital Market Undertakings Act (256/2004 Coll.), this application was withdrawn subsequently. Therefore, contrary to what the company alleges on their websites: “BlackHorse Forex is licensed and regulated according to Market in Financial Instruments Directive rules and FSA. We act according to EU regulations MiFiD. Additionally supervised by Czech’s Central Bank registered under no: 28657314“ (http://www.blackhorsefx.com/en/35.html), it has not been registered nor licensed by the CNB and thus it is not subject to CNB’s supervisory oversight.
