The websites, the investment program and the App are not associated with Empower Capital Partners Limited, which is an SFC licensed corporation. The scammers use Hong Kong bank accounts in the names of Fefang Limited, Feidun Ltd, Jingxi Trade Limited, Jinhui Limited, Qinno Limited, Ruix Trade Limited, Xiongx Trading Co Limited, WLQ Limited, Yeron Limited, Young A Limited, Yuzi Trade Limited, and YYJA Limited for settlement.
